Welcome to Gruppie, we thank you for using the services of Gruppie web application and mobile apps. Gruppie is your own communication channel and it helps people get connected with the people of the same idea and the information flow from the leader/head to the followers of a particular group. We believe that one should get connected and access to the relevant information only.

All the users who register for Gruppie application in any format has to agree for the terms and conditions, Privacy Policies and any other legal bindings Gruppie put from time to time. When the existing user adds a new user, the new user will be bound by all the terms and conditions, Privacy Policies and any other legal documents Gruppie put from time to time. We at Gruppie assume that once you start using this application you agreed all the terms and conditions, Privacy Policies and any other legal bindings Gruppie put from time to time. When you use our products and services, you’re agreeing to our terms, so please take a few minutes to read over the User Agreement below.

Term 1

Gruppie is web based application and will be registered with the mobile number as compulsory, and if you change the mobile number or lost the phone, the same shall be reported to Gruppie and you can change the mobile number instead of lost or changed one

Term 2

All the contents viz., data, text, photo, docs, spread sheets, PPTs, videos and any other content you share with people within the groups are stored with Gruppie servers or any other servers referred in the Gruppie application.

Term 3

Gruppie is not responsible for the data you shared with any other websites or storage namely www.youtube.com or any other sites referred in the application. When you upload the data or content to these sites its understood that you have read the respective terms and conditions of those sites.

Term 4

All the contents you share in a group will be shared within the members of particular group and Gruppie is not responsible by any reason if the contents are share or leaked with any other person other than the group due to fault of application, hack or due to any other reason.

Term 5

When you use an application, the application may ask for your permission to access your content and information as well as content and information that others have shared with you.  We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.

Term 6

You solely will be responsible for all the contents viz., data, text, photo, docs, spread sheets, PPTs, videos and any other content you share within any groups.

Term 7

When you delete the contents or data, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).

Term 8

All the personal details which you have entered in profile will be confident ails and will not be used by Gruppie. However Gruppie will share the details if there is any extraordinary circumstances like request from any Govt., Courts, Police or any other statutes across the world.

Term 9

When you sign in to web application or mobile application, you make an undertaking that you are not sharing or publishing any information which are in the nature of provocative, terrorism, against any individual, state, country, community, color, caste, religion or any other information which is prohibited by any of the laws or statutes across the world.

Term 10

When Gruppie feel that you have violated any of the terms, it has sole right to deactivate the service for you at any point of time with any prior intimation.

Term 11

When any Government state or central or any other Government body, Courts, police or any other statutes across the world feel that the contents viz., data, text, photo, docs, spread sheets, PPTs, videos and any other content you share are required for any investigation, then Gruppie will share the same with those authorities.

Term 12

We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Gruppie, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

Term 13

When you register to Gruppie you should have attained the right age permissible by any Govt./Statute/Law across the globe.

Term 14

Gruppie work hard to keep data, contents and application safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep Gruppie safe, which includes the following commitments by you:

• You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Gruppie and will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Gruppie.
• You will not collect users content, information or otherwise access Gruppie using automated means such as harvesting bots, robots, spider or scrapers without prior permissions.
• You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
• You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
• You will not post content that is hate speech, threatening, pornographic, incites violence, contains nudity, graphic or gratuitous violence.
• You will not use Gruppie to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory and will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
• You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Gruppie, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Support Leaf functionality.
• You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.

Term 15

We respect other people’s rights, and expect you that you will not post content or take any action on Gruppie that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law.

Term 16

We can remove any content or information you post on Gruppie if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.

Term 17

We will provide you the opportunity to appeal again if we have removed your content for infringing someone else copyright by mistake.

Term 18

When you register to Gruppie you should have attained the right age permissible by any Govt./Statute/Law across the globe.

Term 19

If you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.

Term 20

You will not use our copyrights or Trademarks or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by our Brand Usage Guidelines or with our prior written permission.

Term 21

If you make a payment on Gruppie, you agree to our Payments Terms unless it is stated that other terms apply.

Term 22

Gruppie work hard to keep data, contents and application safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep Gruppie safe, which includes the following commitments by you:

• You give us permission to use your name, profile picture, content, and information in connection with commercial, sponsored, or related content (such as a brand you like) served or enhanced by us. This means, for example, that you permit a business or other entity to pay us to display your name and/or profile picture with your content or information, without any compensation to you. If you have selected a specific audience for your content or information, we will respect your choice when we use it.
• We do not give your content or information to advertisers without your consent.
• You understand that we may not always identify paid services and communications as such.
